A yoga & floral workshop on embodied ease, contentment, and pleasure
Saturday October 2nd, from 2-4 p.m. at the Caroline Dean Wildflower Trail, accessible via Salem Shotwell Covered Bridge on Park Road Opelika, AL 36801

1 hour of well-rounded all levels vinyasa flow
We will bring awareness to our breath and to our movement, while cultivating a sense of ease and pleasure.
1 hour of guided floral arranging
While remaining in a space of contentment and gratitude, we will participate in a guided meditation while creating our own unique floral arrangement to take home.
Limited supply of yoga mats available on first come first served basis. Props provided.
Vases, flowers and flower snips provided.
Tune in to the texture, smell and beauty of the natural world while continuing the practice of contentment, ease, and pleasure.
